Non-Student Lease Renewal Applications Open
Staff, Faculty, May/Summer Grads, alumni, and family of DTS staff currently living in Campus Housing must reapply annually for renewal. Residents who will be enrolled as students FA2023 will complete the Student Lease Renewal Application which opens in January.
July 31, 2024 Lease End-Date Applications Open
Residents whose leases are set to expire May ’23 and who desire for their new lease for the 2023-2024 school year to run through the month of July must fill out an online application. Limited July end-date leases will be approved.

Transfer Request Forms Open
For leases set to expire May 31, 2023. Anyone wanting to move from one unit to another at the end of their lease must complete the Transfer Request Form. Transfers are subject to availability and are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Transfers incur a fee and require the tenant to pay the difference between security deposits if their move is considered an upgrade (such as moving from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom).

Active Student Lease Renewal Early Bird Special
Complete the Active Student Lease Renewal Application if you would like to renew your current lease after it expires. Residents who submit thier Active Student Lease Renewal Application during the bonus window, and whose finances and student status are verified by Campus Housing, will recieve a discount off their first month’s rent on their new lease. July end-date applicants, Transfers, and Non-Staff Renewal Applicants are ineligble for this special.

For leases set to expire May 31 & July 31, 2023. Residents who complete all 3 steps outlined on the Move-Out webpage by February 17 will receive a credit toward their last month’s rent.

July ’24 Lease End-Date Applications will be reviewed by the Housing/FPO
Committee. Decisions on those applications will be sent out on this day.

Active Student Lease Renewal Applications DEADLINE
For leases set to expire May 31, 2023. If you fail to renew your
lease by this deadline, it may be rented out to a new incoming tenant.
Remaining in Campus Housing may still be possible after this deadline, but is not guaranteed. If a late renewal is granted, it will incur a fee and might also require you to move units.
