Welcome to DTS Housing! Whether you are a newly accepted student or a current student interested in moving to our Dallas campus, we are so excited that you are thinking about joining our community here at Dallas Theological Seminary.
Checking Eligibility
Please carefully review the Eligibility Requirements to ensure that you qualify for DTS Housing. If you have yet to receive an acceptance letter from DTS, please wait to apply until you have been accepted and plan to immediately enroll for classes.
When is the best time to apply?
Apartments are typically posted within 60 days of the availability date. As long as there are available apartments listed, you may apply at any time! Just keep in mind that you must start your lease within two weeks of the availability date of the apartment. If an apartment is not available within two weeks of your ideal move date, continue to check the website for updates! We recommend checking availability around April for those looking to move in Summer-Fall, and to check around October for those looking to move in the Winter/Spring term.

Apartment Availability
Apartment availability changes from day to day. Current residents must give 60 days notice before vacating, and the Leasing team will typically have an estimate of apartment availability around mid-April (for the Summer and Fall terms) and end of October (for the Winter and Spring terms). Eligible applicants may check the Apartment Availability regularly for updates to available units. If you have any questions about your application status, please contact the Housing Office at housing@dts.edu.
Continuing Qualifications
Please carefully review the Housing Eligibility Requirements. You may be disqualified from receiving an apartment offer if you are discovered to no longer qualify at any point.
Please contact the International Student Development Office and be communicative with the Housing Office regarding your visa status. You must receive an approved visa in order to qualify for an offer with DTS Housing.
If you need a roommate, please visit the Roommates page and begin your roommate search. You will not be qualified to receive an apartment offer until you have identified and officially matched with all the roommate(s) with whom you plan to live.
