January 27 – Spring Renewals Open
All residents with leases that end in Summer 2025 may submit a renewal application starting on January 27! Housing is releasing a new renewal application–sit tight for the announcement of the new application.
January 29 – Mid-Year Check-In
Kick off the Spring term with us! Important news for all residents about Housing policies, leasing, and more will be announced. RSVP using the QR code in the Housing newsletter or on the TV slides!

February 20 – Roommate Seeker Meeting
Are you looking for a roommate? We encourage you to check out the Roommates page and to come out to the Roommate Seeker Meeting! Meet other residents looking for roommates at the Washington Clubhouse at 6:30pm.
March 1 – Spring Renewal Deadline
Spring renewal applications are due on this date. If your lease ends in Summer 2025 and you would like to renew, please make sure to submit your renewal application by the end of the day! Eligibility restrictions apply.
March 28 – Moving Out Q&A

April 1 – Notice to Vacate Deadline
If your lease ends in May 2025 and you plan to move out, you must complete the two-step Notice to Vacate process by this date to avoid late fees. Please check Moving Out for more information.
May 1 – Sign your lease!
If you renewed your lease this Spring, today is the last day to sign your lease! Sign your lease today to secure your apartment and avoid any late fees. Make sure that every adult in your apartment signs–that’s everyone over the age of 18 living with you.
May 31 – May Lease-End Date
If you have a May lease, your lease ends today! This is the last day you are allowed to drop off your keys to your apartment. Please make sure you followed the full two-step Moving Out process to avoid fees, and plan ahead to make sure you get the move date that works best for you!
