Welcome to the 2026 Renewal Season! Qualifying residents may submit their renewal application before February 1, 2026 to receive $150 off their June rent. Terms and conditions apply.

If you are looking for a roommate for the 2026-27 lease season, come meet other residents looking for a roommate! This will take place in the Washington Clubhouse. No RSVP required.

If your lease is ending on May 31, 2026, this is your deadline to renew your lease to stay in Housing.

All residents with a May 31, 2026 lease end-date must submit a Notice of Intent to Vacate by this date.

All renewals must sign their lease by this date in order to accept their renewal offer.

If your lease ends today and you have not signed a new lease, this is the last day that you can stay in your apartment. You must return your keys by 4:30pm today (or earlier if you notified the office of an earlier move out).
