The Early Bird Renewal Special is back! Get $150 off your apartment’s June 2026 rent by completing your renewal application on or before February 1, 2026.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a current resident of DTS Housing applying to renew their lease for the 2026-27 year;
- Must apply for renewal between January 20-February 1, 2026 (all roommates must submit separate applications, unless a family occupies the apartment, in which case the eligible family member may apply on behalf of the apartment);
- Must apply for renewal of the lease with no changes to the apartment (no roommate changes or transfers); and
- Must be approved for renewal and all adults in the apartment must sign the new lease by April 1, 2026.
If eligible, the renewing resident will receive a $150 credit on their apartment’s AppFolio account in June 2026. Only one early bird rent credit will be applied per apartment.
