The 2025 Spring Move-Out Special offers a waiver of all early termination fees with a move-out date between April 1-15, 2025. Eligibility restrictions apply!
Eligibility Requirements
This special will be limited to the first five (5) qualifying apartments.
- Must be a resident of Washington Apartments or Swindoll Tower with an active lease ending on May 31, 2025;
- Must submit a Notice to Vacate and schedule your move by March 15, 2025 (move-out date must be between April 1-15, 2025);
- Must not leave any roommates behind (the entire apartment must move out and submit individual Notices accordingly);
- Must fully move out of DTS Housing by their scheduled move-out date; and
- Must have a $0.00 balance with DTS Housing.
How to Apply
Submit your Notice to Vacate form in AppFolio and schedule your move-out date according to the timelines above. Every roommate in the apartment must submit their Notice, unless it is a family occupying the apartment. The first five (5) eligible apartments will receive a confirmation letter and instructions for signing a Lease addendum. Once the addendum is signed, a waiver of their termination fees will be posted in their AppFolio portal after March 15.
Please note that April rent for awarded apartments will be prorated based on the last resident in the apartment to vacate.
