The 2025 Summer Move-In Rent Special offers the first month’s rent free for ten (10) new residents moving into DTS Housing between May 1 and June 30.
Eligibility Requirements
This rent special will be limited to the first ten qualifying apartments leased by new residents.
- Must be a new resident in DTS Housing in Summer 2025;
- Must sign a lease with a start date between May 1 and June 30, 2025;
- Must apply for the special via the Housing Application (see How to Apply below); and
- Must not pursue lease cancellation or early termination during the length of their 2025-26 lease (or the first month’s rent will be charged back to the apartment).
How to Apply
Simply mention the Summer Move-In Rent Special on your Housing Application, and the Leasing team will review your eligibility for the rent special.
The first ten eligible apartments to be fully leased (signed by residents and executed by the Housing Office) will receive the rent special.
