If you aren’t able to see your classes, first check with the Registrar to confirm your enrollment. If you are enrolled and still cannot see your class, please email coursemanagement@dts.edu for assistance.

Where do I go to access my Student Account?

To access your student account, please visit portal.dts.edu

Can the Helpdesk help me register for classes?

No, the Helpdesk does not handle class registration. To register for classes, you’ll need to contact the Registrar’s Office directly at registrar@dts.edu or 214-887-5350.

Who can use the free rental equipment service?

The free rental equipment service is available to current students (spouses), staff, and faculty. For eligibility details and how to access the equipment, please contact the Helpdesk.
