Semester Schedule Overview
January 12 – First day of the Spring 2026 term
January 18 – Last day to add a Spring 2026 course or change sections of a course
March 9 – WEC week begins
March 16 – Spring break begins
May 8 – Last day of the Spring 2026 term
Registration and Academic Dates
- January 18 – Last day to drop a course for a 100% tuition refund
- February 1 – Last day to drop a Spring 2026 course and receive a 75% tuition refund
- February 15 – Last day to drop a Spring 2026 course and receive a 50% tuition refund
- March 1 – Registration for Summer 2026 and Fall 2026 begins (check email in late February for exact registration window)
- April 1 – Early registration deadline for Summer 2026
- April 26 – Last day to drop a Spring 2026 course and receive a “W” grade
- May 3 – Last day to request a Course Extension for a Spring 2026 course due to Extenuating Circumstances
- May 8 – Last day of the Spring 2026 term
- July 1 – Early Registration deadline for Fall 2026
Graduation Dates
February 1 – Graduation Application due for Spring 2026 and Summer 2026 graduates
March 1 – Personal Reference and Church Letter due for Spring 2026 and Summer 2026 graduates. Ministry Safe Certificate due for Certificate and Masters Level students only.
April 24 – Coursework due for Spring 2026 graduates and Summer 2026 graduates participating in Commencement.
May 8 – Commencement Chapel
May 9 – Commencement Ceremony
Financial Dates
February 1 – International student scholarship deadline for the 2026-2027 academic year (including Finishing Strong for ThM students)
April 1 – Fall 2026 Needs-based application (domestic students) opens, including Finishing Strong for ThM students.
April 1 – Direct loan request due for Summer 2026
April 24 – Summer 2026 payment deadline
May 1 – Priority deadline for Fall 2026 Needs-based application (domestic students), including Finishing Strong for ThM students
