Welcome to DTS Housing! We offer a variety of on- and near- campus housing options designed to suit your needs and budget. Our housing communities provide a supportive environment where you can live, learn, and grow alongside fellow students as you pursue your calling.
On-Campus Housing
Experience life with other DTS students in Swindoll Tower and Washington Apartments, our buildings located across the street from the Dallas Campus. Campus Housing has supported a thriving community for over two decades and features amenities that include the historic Swindoll Fireside community room, the Washington Community Clubhouse, media and music rooms, study rooms, an indoor basketball court, outdoor grills, swimming pools, and more! Eligibility restrictions apply.
Swindoll Tower
- Spacious, unfurnished one-bedroom + study and two-bedroom apartments
- Family-friendly amenities, including a toddler pool and free child tutoring services
- Historic Fireside room equipped with pool tables, piano, and full kitchen for community use
Washington Apartments

Near-Campus Housing
DTS Housing partners with local apartment complexes to expand affordable housing options close to Dallas Campus. All options provide a DTS special rent rate to eligible applicants; restrictions apply and an additional application is required.
