This page seeks to consolidate information for each academic year. Other emails will be sent out from the Registrar’s Office, Financial Aid, and Enrollment Services with more specific information about due dates and other semester-specific details.

  • January 22: Last day to drop a Spring 2023 course for a 100% tuition refund
  • February 5: Last day to drop a Spring 2023 course for a 75% tuition refund
  • February 19: Last day to drop a Spring 2023 course for a 50% tuition refund
  • March 1 – April 1: Summer 2023 early registration
  • March 1 – July 1: Fall 2023 early registration
  • March 6-10: World Evangelization Conference (WEC week)
  • March 13-17: Spring break
  • April 30: Last day to drop a Spring 2023 course and receive a “W”
  • May 8-11: Final Exam week
  • May 12: Last day of the spring 2023 term
  • May 15: Summer 2023 term begins
  • January 1: Need-based application available for 2023-2024 (intl. students)
  • February 1: Priority deadline for international student scholarships
  • March 1: Last day to apply for international student scholarships
  • April 1: Need-based application/Last Year Free application opens for Fall 2023 (domestic students)
  • April 1: Direct Loan applications due for Summer 2023 term
  • April 21: Summer 2023 payment deadline
  • May 1: Priority deadline for domestic students applying for Fall 2023 scholarships
