Lance’s Hall is located less than 0.5 miles from DTS Dallas Campus. This close-knit community has had a close relationship with DTS for many years and is ideal for unmarried roommates on a budget. Lance’s Hall features fully furnished two bedroom, 2 bath apartments with an in-unit kitchenette and utilities included. This off-campus housing option is leased at a DTS discounted rate, and additional eligibility restrictions apply.

Lance’s Hall features fully furnished apartments equipped with TV and in-unit kitchenette. Each floor is equipped with a full communal kitchen for resident use. Building amenities include a gym and community spaces.

Lance’s Hall features a parking lot adjacent to the building and a parking garage close by.
Applying for Lance's Hall
Lance’s Hall is intended for single roommates interested in sharing the apartment. It is not an option to lease the apartment alone at Lance’s Hall.
Additional eligibility requirements apply for applicants interested in leasing at Lance’s Hall. Please be prepared to provide proof of income and submit to a background check as a part of the application process. To be eligible for this off-campus housing option, applicants:
- Must be unmarried and under the age of 30
- Must make less than $30,000 in income annually
- Must be enrolled in a Master’s degree program at DTS (no doctoral students)
- Must be actively enrolled in at least six (6) credits and at least one in-person class on the DTS Dallas campus
- Must affirm the DTS Community Covenant, the Criswell Student Code of Conduct, and meet eligibility requirements for DTS Housing
