The Early Bird Renewal Special is back! Qualifying residents may apply for early renewal in order to receive $100 off their apartment unit’s June 2024 rent. Terms & conditions apply.

March 9 - 2024-25 Lease Renewal Deadline
Fill out the Campus Housing Application, Part 2
If you plan to renew your lease, do not miss this deadline! If you do miss the deadline, you may no longer be able to renew, and penalties may apply. If you have any questions about renewal, please contact Campus Housing.
March 22 - Vacating Resident Meeting

April 1 - Notice to Vacate Deadline
Complete the Move-Out Process
If you do not plan to renew your lease, please do not miss this deadline! Residents who do not give proper notice will be subject to severe penalties. If you have any questions about vacating, please contact Campus Housing as soon as possible.
May 31 - Lease-End Date
All residents with a May 31 lease-end date must move out by this date. Please note that Campus Housing allows a limited number of moves every day due to staff availability and the reservations required on the elevator and loading dock. Please plan ahead to make sure that you can move on your preferred date and time!
