Get Involved with WEC!
We need volunteers!
We are looking for volunteers to help with a wide variety of things. If you can spare some time to help out, it would be greatly appreciated. Even just a few hours can make a big difference.
Students, spouses, staff, faculty, and family members are all encouraged to participate!
Some possible ways to volunteer:
Morning Prayer
Pray with students and missions organization representatives
Breakout Session Host
Introduce the leader of the session and help them set up with Teams/Lifesize
Info Table
Greet people and help answer their questions
Set-Up/Tear-Down
Set up tables and chairs, post flyers around campus, etc.
Coffee/Greeter
Greet missions reps, students, alumni, faculty, staff, and families
Hand Out Meals
Help distribute lunches during our Q&A lunches
WEC Kids Teacher
Teach kids about God’s heart for the world (Curriculum is provided for you.)
WEC Kids Helper
Help with games, snacks, crafts, check-in, or any other areas that are needed
