September 1 – Fall Renewals Open

All residents with leases that end in December may submit a renewal application starting on September 1! Please submit a Housing Application, Part 2.

September 5 – Fall Kick-Off

Kick off the fall term with us with food, fellowship, and fun! Important news for all residents about Housing policies, leasing, and more will be announced. RSVP using the QR code in the Housing newsletter or on the TV slides!

September 19 – Ledger Reconciliation Workshop (1 of 2)

Living with roommates and find yourself constantly wondering what you owe? The Leasing Office is hosting a workshop! RSVP today (limited seats available).

October 1 – Renewal Deadline

Fall renewal applications are due on this date. If your lease ends in December and you would like to renew, please make sure to submit your Housing Application, Part 2 by the end of the day! Eligibility restrictions apply.

October 11 – Renewal Decisions

Renewal decisions will be released today. If your renewal application is denied, you will have the opportunity to appeal this decision. In all cases of non-renewal, please prepare back-up options and continue to comply with Notice to Vacate deadlines to avoid fees.

October 21 – Moving Out Q&A

Join us on Teams for a Q&A session about all things moving out of DTS Housing! Come prepared with questions.

October 26 – Notice to Vacate Deadline

If your lease ends in December and you plan to move out, you must complete the two-step Notice to Vacate process by this date to avoid late fees. Please check Moving Out for more information.

December 1 – Sign your lease!

If you renewed your lease this fall, today is the last day to sign your lease! Sign your lease today to secure your apartment and avoid any late fees. Make sure that every adult in your apartment signs–that’s everyone over the age of 18 living with you.

December 24 – December Lease-End Date

If you have a December lease, your lease ends today! This is the last day you are allowed to drop off your keys to your apartment. Please make sure you followed the full two-step Moving Out process to avoid fees, and plan ahead to make sure you get the move date that works best for you!
